Reccommend me a DSLR Bag - Certain requirements

I need a DSLR bag,

Which will take a 400D (Usually has a Sigma 10-20mm on it), have enough space for my external flash, a few pens, memory cards, a digital laser measure and pockets for filters etc...

Now, ive had a look around in the shops, and I cant find a happy medium, They are either wayyyy too big, or just too small for everything. I like the look of the Canon gadget bag, but again, it wont fit everything in it! ...I dont want a back pack.

It will be used daily, im an Estate Agent photographer.

Dude - i've got the ideal thing for you

I used it for my 450F with lens, speedlite, spare lens, filters, etc.. etc.. and i've just chucked it on ebay
Has a slot for a laptop in the back aswell

DOMKE get better with age, I also have a black F2.....starting look proper old school now, and doesn't scream photographer when roaming the streets with all gear packed away.
