I sent them mine (not for RROD) and they returned it within 5 days, bearing in mind i sent it on the 29th of December that's quite good lol..

even if its passed 3 years, b**ch at them and say you purchased on so and so date and got it with a game (which came out about 2 years ago) and they will repair it for free. Got my cousin to do that and they believed him and sent him a refurb - mint condition.
