reg plate light not coming on?

put in an led, made sure it was for my model ectect, but doesnt work, and dont know if the other bulb worked before that!
common problem?:/

try the old bulb in it or a new one first as most cheap LED's arent great, if the bulb doesnt work i would look for corrosion on the metal parts inside the bulb holder, clean up the connectors, should be ok

The number plate light on mine didn't work - popped it out of the bumper and the connecter was all corroded
I think they tend to get hit by spray from wet roads

Only cost about £8 for a brand new one with a bulb in

have you tryed putting the led in the other way?

as you might have to get the positive and negative the right way round for the LED's to work

Try turning the led around then if it still doesn't work buy a new light.
