Regular cleaning?

OK so last month my car was PC'd, clayed, polished, sealed and waxed.

What do I need to do when giving it the weekly clean - wash and wax or wash, polish and wax?

Not sure how often I need to do each thing.

Brush teeth twice a day and try to bath once a day.

Weekly wash after using a decent wax or sealant will need nothing more than a wash and spritz of QD.

Wax once a month or so less with high end waxes.

Polish once or twice a year if your wash carefully.

OK thanks for that Rich. Do i just spray the QD on and wipe off with microfibre?

Indeedy, Couple of plush microfibers, one to spread it around the panel, one to buff to a nice finish.

And how about the wheels? Take them off monthly or so and SRP, EGP and wax em?

If you get a suitable brush you can get inside the standard 182 wheels quite easily and clean them well without the need to remove them. Though removing them will allow you to polish and seal the inners.

I tend to SRP and EGP wheels twice a year and then maintain them with Poorboys Wheel Sealant in between.

Quite a lot for a brush but it does get all the way to the back of the rims.

Has that brush got nylon bristles ?

And wouldn't they scratch the surface of the wheels ?

I only use it on the insides of the them, no damage. It is made of the same stuff as the Meguiars ones.
