Remote Desktops..help

Trying to log into my works network over the interweb. I go to the website to connect, but I keep getting this error:

Doing my nut in as I've got nothing disabled (add on wise) so dont know why it wont play. Anyone know how I can install it?

I've tried it on a mates PC and it works fine so its not works end.

Checked your Internet settings/Firewall? Activ x is normally restricted

I take it your using the RDP webpage publsih from your work place. Check you manage addons if your using IE it looks as though either the Active x plugin is either not installed or is disabled

Thanks guys, its actually a problem with SP3. The remote desktop prog that comes with windows expires so you cant connect. Found a solution here.
