I noticed there's plenty of topics about this but no real useful replies...
I just picked up my Mk2 Phase 1 and got it home to find out the remote central locking key doesn't work... I tried changing the battery but it still refuses to lock or unlock the car. Going by the fact the LED on the key doesn't light up when I press the button I think its safe to say the cars central locking is fine and its the key that's the problem.
Any ideas on this? Perhaps I can just get a new remote key instead?
