Remote radio control

Iv had a flick through the owners manual but cant find anything on this, the controls for the radio on/behind the steering wheel dont work with the current radio in my clio, i was wondering if there is a way to program it to work with the current radio?
any ideas appreciated, cheers!

If its aftermarket head unit then you will need an adapter.
