Removing and replacing front bumper

Wanting to remove the smashed bumper from my Mk2 PH1 ad replace with new fresh Mk2 Ph1 Bumper.........whats best way of taking it off?? had a look about for a bit seems a few screws here and there just wanna know best way at it to be honest.
