Bottoms pull up from back and then simply pull straight up from there, no bolts.

o my, its been an hard half an hour, taken out two bolts for the top half of the seats but can get the thread half out!! and the luggage rail is out. but still no moving. do i need to take out the circle bolts at the buttom?

Remove the plastic trim that covers the luggage/isofix bar, then undo the torx bolts at either end and lift that out. Next tilt the seat bases forwards and lift those out. Now you undo the torx bolt in the centre that holds the bracket on the seatback into the body of the car. then the seatback should with a little wiggling come out easily.

iirc the centre mount has a locating peg also, you slide the braket back slightly to free.

im having trouble removing the circle alan key bolts which hold the top seats to the car. everything else is done

Where abouts are you based ? it really is a piece of piss if you are local i'll do it for you. It's a torx either end of the luggage/isofix bar and then one (the black one not the coloured one) torx in the centre for the seat bracket. you then slide it from under the other fixing and pull the seat out.
