Removing Bumber

Can anyone tell me how you remove the bumber from the wing, all bolts seem to be out but its not budging.

What sort of car is it?

The 172/182 bumper is a bit of a pain to get off....held on with small clips at the wings as well as the two bolts per side.

You also have to really pull on the thing to get it to come off
