Removing bumper? Headlight washers

OK, so I had the little grill open in front of the wheel, cant see much.

How the hell do I get to the headlight washers? If I have to take the bumper off, how do i do it??

I don't know anything about headlight washers, as I've got a nonsport, but Fubar has a guide for removing the front bumper if you do find you have to go about it that way:
