Removing decals off body work

Hello do u know the best and easiest way to get stickers/decal off body work?

soften them with steam or a heat gun and peel slowly, if it leaves residue youl have to use some sort of solvent to remove it.

Be careful with the heat gun, try a hair dryer if you are unsure

Can i do this outdoors? or best in a garage... seeing the weather is quite cold, or would that not matter?
