Removing dents

How much do companies charge for this service i have about 5 parking dents on my drivers door and 1 on my rear side panel.
I always try to take up 2 spaces but they still manage to appear.

I was trollied, a big crease right on the swage line at the bottom of the rear 1/4, to take that out and a couple of others was £40.
