Removing the door card is pretty simple, theres about 4 torx head screws along the lower edge (about 4 iirc), poss some up the sides I cant think off the top of my head, just check around the perimeter of the door card. Theres a larger screw behind the door release lever, remove that and unhook the cable from the handle mechanism (pretty obv when you see it). You need to remove the little trim panel thats at the base of the door mirror (on the inner side still) just prize this off its held on with 3 tapered prongs into plastic bushes. You also need to remove the longer trim piece that goes up the side of the window (at the open end of the door). There is also a screw in the bottom of the door pull which is under a little plastic cap. Once this is out you can remove the handle and unclip the mirror controls and window switches and remove the handle from the door. Have a check over in case ive missed anything. The card is still retained by a few plastic push clips around the perimeter and some non setting sealant stuff that can adhere the card to the metal quite well. You just need to get the bottom of the door card away from the metal a bit and palm it upwards, it should come off the clips and blam. You might need to educate some of the clips with a bit more palming.
Thats it off so you can sort whatever it is thats being a nuisance, to get it back on nicely make a note of where the plastic clips are and 'hook' the top of the doorcard onto the window ledge, line it up and palm over where the clips are and you'll hear them clip and the panel get retained. Screw it back up and refit the release cable to the handle and reconnect the switches etc and blam - reassembled.
Sorry this got a bit long winded.
Cheers
