Removing Front Seats?

[2.0 SPORT 16V]

How do I remove the front seats from my 172?Is there a guide somewhere or is it quite easy because I want to fit Sparco Racing Seats in my car.

you just unbolt the 4 nuts per seats, underneath the car, 2 are covered by plasic rubber things to stop them rusthing near the sill, and the other 2 bolts are by the exhaust pipe. and lift them out after you unclip the airbags etc.. you need a deep socket bit to fit over the bolt as they have a long thread, i think its size 13
