You will be able to remove hologram marks by hand with lots of effort or re-doing the rotary polishing.
Holograms occur when you either don't work the polsih long enough or use it at too fast a speed. You want a quality finishing polish such as Menzerna PO106FA and work it at a low to moderate speed, finishing for the last minuite on the very slowest speed you can.
by hand Scratch X and a pro polishing pad would/should sort it but it will take some time. It also depends just how bad the hologramming is.
