Removing mk2 side strips..how to

i think on my rear drivers side bump strip one of the clips is loose and rattling. What is the best way to get these off with? dont fancy a screwdriver wedged in there! do they slide off or something?

i pulled mine forward n they slid out left

so.... lol push them towards the front end of my car and slide out right (driver side?)
