Removing outside door handles

Title says it all, havent even had a look how they come off so i can colour code them, thought i would ask instead of taking the door apart etc to see how easy or hard it is

I think you have to take the interior door card off and unscrew/unclip it from there. Someone will confirm.

take off door card.get a 10mm spanner undo bolts and unclip somthing and it should come out with a bit of help.
