Removing Paint

So I've got a nice mark down one of my arches, 6 inches long and about 5mm to 10mm width, left by another car.

It's been there some time and hard srubbing with a sponge does nothing, mission impossible? layer of t-cut and some wax?

A decent polish should remove it, start of with something Mild like Autoglym Super Resin moving up to Meguiars Scratch X if needed.

T Cut will work, but will install lots of minor scratches in doing it in most cases.

Thanks, so over my head all this.

After shampoo, whats the best/budget way to dry the car before polishing, then what cloth to rub the polish on and rub my liquid wax in?!

Your help much appreciated!
