Removing plastic trim for colour coding

Anyone know how to remove the front and rear bumper inserts on a 01 Clio for colour coding, the door bump strips look like they will come off easily enough, but I can't see how the bumper inserts could be removed, cheers guys....

i'm pretty sure you have to remove the whole bumper. pluss the rear bumper only takes 20 mins tops to get off. dunno if thats any help

i have removed both front and rear bumpers and the rear inserts are just clipped on when rear bumper. Dont forget the screws in the archs when you take it off and there is also 2 10mm hex head bolts if thats any help to ya

front bumper insert just clips out without needing to remove the bumper. i took mine off a couple of times without removing the bumper.

back bumper ideally needs removing to get them off
