removing rear wiper

i want to remove the rear wiper how do i do this and were do i get the kit from that covers the hole up when i have removed it

It will be a bodyshop job more like!

Dont think there are any specific "kits" to buy for this kind of job.


You can obviously use various size grommets to cover the hole up tho.
