removing rear wiper

as it says i want to remove the rear wiper on my mk3, but wanna keep the motor so i can put it back if wanted, any tips on how to go about it and how do i fill the hole.

you need to remove the motor to be able to fill the hole as a spline is attached to the motor that your wiper attaches to
