Removing side repeaters

Any way to do this without removing the plastic arch liners ? Sure i did it on the phase 1 but cant remember how

Put some tape round a flathead and ease it out. Be carefull not to scratch paint - they need persuading but do come out.

i get a old top up card or similar, Then just rin it in the gap bend it around and it just comes out easy .

If you look at the top of the repeater theres a little gap just big enough to put the screwdriver into.
