Removing the map light?

The map light bulb has gone in my car and im not sure how to replace it,i assume behind its just a little bulb holder but how do i get the unit out of the roof and what size bulb do i need?

Just pulls off give it a good tug directly downwards, takes w5w 501 wedges

same as sidelight bulbs aint they ? i was gna replace mine.
