Removing those stripes

Seen a black 182 for sale, with those ghastly silver stripes.

Sorry, the name escapes me.

Are they easily removed? Or they gonna leave marks all over it

Might possibly need a polish and waxing after?

It wont damage the paint but Id imagine its possible you might be able to tell where the stripes have been, what with the effects of sun/swirl marks etc. A good polishing though, and any side effects would be long gone Id have thought.
