you have to take the whole unit off, unclip the facia from inside then just undo the three torx screws, unclip the electrics and your sorted

they should just pop out with a light bit of persuasion from a flat headed screwdriver of failing that find the most powerfull power tool:evil:

Having already had to pick mine up off the road, re spray it and re fit, its just a clip in and out job. No Screws.

think you have to fold the mirror in, then lever it out, it should just pop out.
