Renault Accident Management Scheme

  Renault Laguna Coupe

Had a letter from my dealer about this - free service where they sort you out if you have a shunt. I guess its a way of getting more business for their Renault approved bodyshops.

Has anyone used it?

Sounds like it maybe illegal as its an unfair advantage onother bodywork places.

If you have protected unlimted no claims for life my dad you could have free servicing for life.

Sounds like a good idea but since some dealership are so bad, they need to fix dent etc they have put on customers cars themselves.

Mike,

I had a letter from Renault about this if its the same thing.I also got a free accident management pack which consists of a camera, torch, pen, crayon to circle damage and forms to fill out in the event of an accident.

Nice freebies and worth keeping in the car,not sure if id ring Renault though,id feel better ringing my insurers and let them deal with it.

Hmm yeah thanks guys. I was reading the letter and trying to work out what the catch was - always a bit sus when someone seems to be offering something for nothing. Ill pop down to the dealer and have a word.
