Renault Clio 2011 power window switch wiring help

basically just looking for help as I believe this is wired incorrectly. Drivers side window only goes down. When I pull the switch up it goes down, and when I push it the other way to the automatic point it also goes down. Any help would be appreciated. It had a brand new switch and motor so it is definitely a wiring problem.
