Renault Clio mk2 starts then stops

Hi all. Not sure if this is the right area to post this help but I have a mk2 2003 1.2 16v Renault Clio who 95% of the time starts with out fails, runs really well with no problems then 5% of the time she will start with no problem then within 10 seconds just completely dies, no hesitation no jerks nothing, just cuts out. It's completely random too. She does it as and when she wants to, not down to weather or harsh usage, no clue why. After she shuts off and when u try to start her straight away after she is fine, no problem at all. Very odd.

Any help would be entirely greatful!

Does the immobiliser light do strange things?

Have you checked all the earth straps are connected properly?

Yeah, no problems with the immobilizer or the earth's etc. It's very odd

Does it have fuel? lol

Could be a blocked / dirty fuel filter?

I'm not sure if the crank sensor or other assorted sensors might be playing up.

Can you get a CLIP (or whatever it's called) on it to check what codes (if any) it's throwing up?
