wouldnt bother ringing them as you'll only get a student bum like myself. letters always work best for me
 
^^^^ Who opens and reads the letters then , a mature student maybe ;) ? If you have a problem the first port of call would be to ring them imo . I've phoned them a few times and they have always been very helpful .
