Audi TT Stronic
Well I bet you all thought I was gonna moan about some crap dealer somewhere... nope..
I just thought I would post that my car went in today to get the paint fixed on a side skirt. Again the service was very good, everything was arranged already so I had no problem.
Between the time I had booked the car in and actually dropping it off my car has had an incident with a kerb while parking... part of the tarmac in the carpark at my work was missing so the car was about an inch lower, and the front valance made a nice crunching noise as I pulled in. DAMN DAMN i thought.
There was already a big scratch there from a previous owner. now it looked terrible..
Well just out of interest I asked Renault if they could take a look, a guy from the bodyshop came out and said seeing as it was in anyway they wouldnt charge me for the paint.. just the labour, which he said was 2 hours max (it would have had to been filled and smoothed off cause it was deep scratches). He said he would do it for about 50 quid.. RESULT !!
well happy cause now I get the other scratch that was already there fixed too.
Renault Edinburgh are top peeps.. always very helpfull and friendly..
ps. I got my courtesy car while its in the bodyshop.. now driving a 1.2 dynamique. No offense to anyone but it doesnt quite have a punch at 4-5krpm does it ? actually there was no punch at all.. but it gets me from a 2 b soo..
