renault be cheaper, must be joking. Hold on and keep your eye out as sets are coming up in sale section quite often.

I got a set of 4 turinis and caps from Renault for £600.

I really wanted the Renault diamond centre caps, not the speedline centre caps, so i didn't even consider buying them from Ktec.

I'd go for Renault despite cost.

At least you know you have renault centre caps and the offside is correct.

the tyres which K-Tec off er with their Spedlines are 195/45/16 where as the PE's are 205/45/16 - does this not nother you? i'd much rather run on 205 myself

iirc the 172 is meant to drive/handle better on 195's.

the tyres originally fitted to the 172's were 195 but the Exalto PE2's (which were designed specifically for the 182 btw) are 205/45/16.

the slightly wider tyre means that there will be more tread in conatct with the road which therefore increases grip and thus will result in better handling surely?

I dont get how you can put different width tyres on a wheel :S

its called streched, ppl with Euro cars put them on there wheels its harder to find smaller widths tho, im debating on gettin 185's for some wheels im after. the lower the profile the more they strech.

Ive heard that people that change the 195's that are on the phase one clio if they change them to the 205/45/17 then it can f*ck the rear bearing?

But more exagerated tire roll from larger sidewall...
