Renault Woking

has anyone had any experience of Renault Woking, my car is booked in there soon and i was wondering what they are like, because i have never used them before, they sound quite good over the phone?

My car came from SMC Woking and has been back for several warranty jobs and had its 12k service there. They are good and Ive never really had a problem with them at all.

Only thing I would say is if its booked in for a service make sure you tell them to call you before they do any additional work!! I forgot that bit and the service ended up quite costly!!

im actually from North Wales, but I am pretty much living and working full time in Staines at the moment, and have been for the last year 1/2, its going in for some pretty high spec warranty work, and just wanted to know whether to be on my guard or not. (looks like a small dealership)

My bootlid was fitted incorrectly and was rubbing on the bodywork...they took it in, sent it to the bodyshop, work was done and car back within two days, no problem....so technically it wasnt them, but the transitional periods were hassle free.

Other things theyve sorted have been minor but theyve always had it in for a full day, I havent had any problems at all.

The guys have sometimes been a little off when Ive been in there...but the lady behind the service desk is really really helpful!!

I would always take my car to SMC....but wouldnt go anywhere near Herds in Weybridge, Ive heard too many horror stories about them!!

its hopefully going in to have the correct dial set fitted, the car is an import and it has the incorrect dial set fitted, no trip computer or anything, so hopefully they will order me a correct one and fit it
