Replacement dash parts - Clio Cup 172?

Can you buy these new from Renault still:

The top one is part of the dash top, not a seperate clip in piece. Most people replace the interior plastics with ones from a lower spec clio that does'nt have the soft touch rubber stuff on and does'nt mark as easily.
