replacing bulbs behind speedo etc

anyone know how to change the bulbs behind the speedo etc on 1999 clio mkII? i want to put neon l.e.ds instead of the boring orange ones which i have but not sure if it a big job.

if any1 has instructions of doing this i would be greatful to see them

Not to difficult just need to remove dash etc and replace them just make sure there same sort of power rating etc.

Have a serach there was a recient thered about how to do it.
