Replacing Climate Control

Hi

I've got a 182 FF with the digital climate control.

The buttons on it are all worn away so you can't see what they do any more

So I've gone and bought a new one of eBay for a tenner in good condition

I was wondering if someone could tell me the easiest way to get the old 1 out and the new 1 fitted, hopefully without taking the whole dash out..

the panel on under side pulls out towards you then isnt there 2 screw up holding a/c unit in place
