Resetting my phone?

Rite my N73 has a mind of its own, remind me why I wanted this so much over a K800i? (that has a camera that actually works in clubs, is cheaper and doesn't crash... grrr...)

My phone has got the latest firmware according to Nokia, I just want to return it to how it was when it came out of the box? Can't see anything on the phone to do it...

I thought it was *#7780# for a soft reset?
For a hard reset, switch phone off and press and hold star, c and green answer button, while switching on. Keep these three pressed while switching on and keep them pressed until you get asked for the time.

*#7370# is to format the phone and return it to the original condition it came out of the box.

Holding the buttons on boot are for hard format (i think) which is different somehow but I forget in which ways.
