Resistance coming out of 3rd gear?

Seems like it's slightly 'stuck' sometimes, still disengages, but it's like it's blu-tac'd in gear if that makes any sense?

Had a new clutch recently, and that took a while to bed in, but performs fine now. Gave it a thourough test at Bedford and all seemed fine.

So is the sticky gear-lever a clutch or gearbox problem? Or is it not a problem?
