Return to standard (or not?)

  120d M Sport
I recently put my car up for sale (see http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?t=470458 & http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1379032.htm), it's been up for sale about a week now.

I've had less interest than I perhaps thought I would, am I just being impatient or would I be better of going about putting the car back to standard?

Quite often had people in the past say ooh I'll have that when you decide to sell, unfortunately that hasn't been the case so far.

What do you guys reckon?

As it stands now:

I guess I could get it near to that fairly easily, but it's just added hassle.

Any other selling advice/tips would be greatly appreciated.

Yes. Returning my car to standard is the best thing I've done to it... and I wasn't even doing it to sell.

Having said that, I think your car is a) too expensive and b) its the wrong time of year to sell a car in a hurry.

put it back standard as in changing back to the original springs only? surely not changing the cc bumpers back? be a bit pointless/

As above bit expensive at time of year when everybodys spending money for Christmas. Firstly I'd put a new MOT on it. Then change the springs as lot of younger drivers won't be allowed to insure mods and older buyers won't want a lowered car.
