The undertray needs to come off ( 4 x 10mm bolts ), then reach through the suspension to reach and squeeze the plug to remove the connector.
The switch itself is in & out in seconds (I used an adjustable, so I don't know the size), and I only dropped a small amount of oil. Mostly down my arm
I paid £14.50 for my replacement switch from a local motor factors today.
