Google told me its MK3 only, No difference as far as im aware apart from a few stickers.
the Mk2 had "MTV" or something iirc

Pretty sure they were Mk3 only. I've certainly never seen or heard of a Mk2 version. Even Google only throws up Mk3s.

Am I not right in saying the seats are a funny material or something too? Or at least the seat backs? Supposed to be hard wearing.

They were only MK3 Phase 1, my mum had a 57 plate one in light blue

had a few wee bits of red trim here and there and around the seat edges, just the material was very hard wearing almost very nylon like

I was pretty much a basic Clio with a few wee extra bits like electric windows usb audio port
