Ripping DVD's

Is it possible RIP DVD movies into MPEG4 format???

Not going to be doing this miself but it's for research purpose.

Yes - i have the Family Guy untold Story in mp4 format. I used Super DVD Ripper to burn it in to avi format. Then Mpegable to convert to MP4 - very good quality too!!

Yes of course. PSP plays MPEG4, as does iPod Video. Loads of programs on the net for it.

What is the normal size of the movie when it's ripped??

Can you just rip the movie as oppose to all the features and extras e.t.c or does it just rip the contents of disk??

When you rip the DVD using super ripper it gets rid of all the menus etc. just plays the film from start to finish. Super DVD ripper keeps the original size that is on the DVD - mpegable with make the MP4 in the size of your choice depending on which device you want to use it on!
