Ripping files from mp3 player to PC

Does anyone know of any software that would enable me to transfer MP3s from an MP3 player back on to my PC? I've got a Philips MP3 player.

Any help gratefully received

Windows Media Player 11 has this feature iirc.. Click on the Rip or Sync tab? and choose removeable media
