just bought one redgisterd ect, pluged it in to the car to test it as i live by a speed camera, but i cant pick up a signal, is there anything im suppose to do 1st? thanks.

No should auto detect mate. Mine can take up to 10 mins to pick up a signal sometimes. When the DB info is out of date it just gives you an error message on startup (it should still connect)

its all up and running like charging ect and i dont get the msg as iv got 6mnth free and iv just subscirbed with them, i just have a pic of a satelite with a cross over it.

you need a GPS aerial to prick up a signal, as the clio as a UV windscreen which blocks the signal!

Joking aside, that screen on the 182 really is a pain in the ass

you have to place it in the little cut out piece base-centre of the screen.

The clio has some sort of UV coating film on the screen, and that cut out piece is for french toll roads iirc.

Or as said get yourself an antenna.
