Is there any way of updating the camera database without giving those SOB's fifty quid? I know I'm sounding like a skinflint but things are tight at the mo.

Not that I'm aware of. I pay £3.99 monthly to update my Road Angel Plus. Well worth it as its saved me a few times since I bought it a year ago!

They dont offer me a monthly option, must be because I have the original road angel classic
I would pay 3.99 a month no probs.

i pay £3.99 a month, wouldnt go anywhere with out it, ive even hard wired it in behind my dash!
