road noise,(humming) coming from the left front

as above i have i loud humming road noise comming fron the passenger side front, just had 2 tires replaced and previously had cv boot fixed, its just started and gets louder the faster u go, could it be balancing, tracking, there is no juddering in the wheel and still drives like normal, its doing my head in, anyone know. thaks

i did think that , when i turn right all the weight is on that wheel and the road rumble gets louder and turn left and noise dissapears,

dont do long journeys
