What is actually done to a car when tuning on a rolling road?

What kind of power increase can I expect and how much will it cost?

depends what your trying to tune! lol

If you whack a std car on there......the only thing you can play with that will result in a power gain is tyre pressure haha.

Its more down to getting your car running as it should, they will be able to tell you if you have a fueling problem or flat spot.
Just make sure you trust them!
A good service before you go on will help matters.
