Rough Running when Cold

My 35 K Rs Clio doesn't run as smothly as it used to.
When its cold its a bit lumppy rather than roygh but not like it was origanally was..
Any ideas ? I dont know much about these engines but think it might the SAD STEPPER MOTOR NOT workin as it should..
ANY IDEAS WOULD BE APPREACHIATED...

get it plugged in on the clip at renault and get them to upload the latest map. Or just get a RStuner remap, much better

Most run crap when cold, due to the fuelling map to get through emissions.
