i need a good wireless router for my house will only be between my pc/cable modem and my laptop? i dont want to spend alot just want something decent!!

No mate, that's just a hub, not wireless either. Ideally if you're gonna have your PC & lappy you want something like this (for cable connection)

I use one of the Linksys ones, part of the Cisco group, never had a problem with it and the setup is easy

gf bought a linksys wireless adsl router for £14.97 the other day, no stickers on the pack was just a plain old bargain.
