Is the rear brake piston easy to 'wind' back in? I've been putting off doing my rear pads after hours spent (usually at winter) levering the bloody things in on other cars; worst was my Bimmer e36 320i...

Looks easy as fook, is it?

yep, its easy.

just get a long screwdriver... they litterally wind back in. 2 or 3 turns is all it takes
